Amidst the storm, as though manifesting from the dark clouds themselves, appeared the horned phantasm Caligula, accompanied by Veil, his ghost fox familiar, encircled by a menacing vapor.

Caligula declared, "You claim the title of leader of the Kaiju Clan. If it's a monster you seek, then a monster I shall become."

Below, on the turbulent waters of Kaiju Bay, a small junket was violently tossed about, a direct consequence of the battle raging above. Among the anxious passengers and crew, a mother clutched her baby daughter, Sachiko, feeling a deep unease. The junket groaned and creaked, struggling against the monstrous waves of the relentless sea.
