Electormancer Bullock of the Ice

Bullock of the Ice wandered into town one dark and stormy night, where he came upon a wizard attempting to kill him and take his horns for a potion. He ran out into the storm and was struck with a bolt of lightening. From that point on, he never had any problems with white wizards, or at least none ever lived to tell the tale.
