Scared Old Man

Once upon a time, a man was terrified of snakes. He lived in a marsh and made bagels with the marsh water. One day a witch asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, and he made fun of her and threw her out of the store and into the deep murky water of the marsh. Everyone in the store laughed at the witch, including the reanimated elephant tiger that often visited the store on Sundays.

The witch was so embarrassed and hungry that she swore revenge on the marsh bagel maker. To get back at him, she cast a spell so that whenever he looked down, he would see his greatest fear, a snake. Additionally, she cast another spell so that he always had to carry a not homemade continental breakfast style bag of raisin bagels in his right hand. For this reason, he could never make bagels again. The end.
