Thrug Flagellator of the Citadel only awakens by the rays of sun against his shield. The energy roars him to life which can be heard by the scraping of his ball bat against the fortress's floors. If you are foolish enough to endure the sound of his coming, you will be graced by his massive presence that are almost as tall as the citadel's walls.
