Rocky and Pigzly are of the Goblin Town Regiment of Wraith Jabir's War Machine. Black Eden. Again. The most depraved and deranged individuals are afraid of Rocky. He places the skulls of the slain on his pole axe as a sign of tribute to the Black Eden. Pigzly is often seen eating the remains of Rocky's victims. Rocky lives above Goblin Town in the Black Eden Garrison number 45. This outpost serves to help coordinate illegal activities that help fund the Black Eden war machine.
