Mr. Fran? Mrfran? Mrrrrfn..... It is tough to understand what this dude is saying under that hood. He always mumbles. Anyways, he has a hood of torment and is know to be friends with Wraith Jabir and is Jabir's go to dude for torture. Always on call MrFran never gets a break. Never. Jabir is always torturing somone or trying to get information out of informants so.... he is kept busy. The warthog friend is always eating the remains of Mrfrannnns victims. He needs to lay off of the legs and arms.
