Vommbar is a highschool physics teacher, grade 11 mostly, but sometimes he subs in for the grade 12 class, if Ben, (the other physics teacher) is out of the office for a professional development day, or perhaps his cousins wedding.

Oh, what's that? You didn't think there WERE any physics teachers in the Runiverse? Well, there are. Plenty. How else would all the kids learn basic concepts, like how the incline plane works?

But, on Saturdays, and during most long weekends in the spring and summer, Vommbar is a man of action. He takes his tools and heads deep into the forest, where he gets out his tools and gets to work: That's right: he knits.

What's that? You thought just because he wields a chainsaw that I his primary summer hobby would be "chainsawing"? Who does that? Who even says "I'm a casual chainsawer" No one says that, because it's not a thing.

It would be like being on a late night dating show where the woman asks the three bachelors "Tell me about our first romantic date" What's Vommbar supposed to say? "Oh yea babe, I'd pick you around 5, 530, and take you out to the scrap wood pile and cut up some small to mid sized logs, so that we can stoke the fire and stay appropriately heated in this monster house in the forest."

He would pick up many more babes if he showed his sensitive side of being a proficient knitter.
